Why can’t my child fall (and stay) asleep?
There are many reasons children struggle to fall asleep at night and these can depend on a number of factors. Some of the more common reasons are that they haven’t learned how to sleep, as well as previous illness and busy lifestyles that don’t always allow a good sleep routine. It’s important to know though that every case is unique and my service for every individual is completely tailored.

I can’t recommend Sonia highly enough!
“I am a mother of 2, a girl aged 14 and son aged 7. I approached Sonia asking for support with my son as he had started to regress with his sleep/ sleeping patterns. These changes came following some changes in our family dynamic and as a result my son came back into my bed to sleep (he was a perfect sleeper before the changes in our family).
Sonia was very friendly and also honest with me from the start of the process. Through an open discussion, we looked at my goals and we looked at the options of getting my son to sleep on his and in his own bed.
Sonia was very understanding of my situation and through discussion she came up with a plan for me to implement with my son at night time. Having followed all of Sonia’s suggestions, I am pleased to report my son is no longer sleeping in my bed and has a good bedtime routine in place.”
